First off I bought the machine at an estate sale (an older gentleman who passed away) the machine only has 300 miles on it. First thing I noticed it was missing the carburetor. You do have to drill it open to see the screw. If you drill a small hole , then use a screw and screw into it , you should be able to pry it out.
