Mar 25, 2024 · Have a 2023 Hybrid Sorento and my Radio just stopped working. I tap the button and nothing happens. Dealer told me to reset it by pressing the reset button on the dash. That did nothing. Has anyone run into this issue and what did they do? My guess is this is a larger Kia issue and not the Sorento but I figured I would start with you fine people...I decided to figure it out on my own. Say you speed off from a gas station onto a highway without touching the break pedal,it won't engage.Inspect the fusebox under your steeringwheel by your right knee. Remove cover and look at the fuse bottom row;left. It should be a fifhteen amp/blue fuse. Pull fuse out. Replace fuse. Inspect radio and lighter operation.
