This means you have a hot wire grounded, most likely by a wired that the insulation has worn through and wire grounded. The clutch keeps the belt constantly engaged. The ecu parameters are set to sensitive and throwing a code with the new clutch most likely. 2018 1000 XP Titanium Matte Metallic.I have now done the following to get rid of the check engine: Checked plugs (looked ok) Checked for spark (good) Put on new belt. Siphoned old gas and put in new. Checked voltage at fuel pump (13.6 v) Put new plugs in. In fact, I went on a several trips with that code showing. After tons of research on the internet, fuel pump was by far the most common fix that I read. The O2 sensor was a distant second.
