I have no experience with cam link and little with elgato. But I have some production background. I have an a7sii that works with an hd60s. I dont think the hd60s reclocks or encodes so it is unlikely that is the issue. If you got it to show something is connected but it not showing a display it is probably a setting in the camera.It is not a current feature of 4K X to suppress the No Signal screen.
