The problem with this 35/10 split is that it tilts pretty significantly towards small cap (78% large, 22% small). Looking at SCHB and VTI with Morningstar instant x-ray, the small cap boxes add up to about 8%.Even through you are using funds called "blend" funds the x-ray will show you the breakdown in the value and growth boxes as well.
