As a bonus it is not the heaviest set combo in the game, by far. On the somewhat lighter side even. The best options for early game are probably Warrior of Tatenashi, Kigetsu, Heavy Armor pieces of Amaterasu Tatenashi and Kigetsu are the strongest sets if you consider a pure ratio of "damage upgrade for number of pieces to equip".
