Just thought i would share a pic of my truck with BFG 37 x 12.50 20. I have a 2.5" leveling kit up front and F-350 blocks in the rear. very minor rubbing at full turn, but for the most part they seem like a really good fit. Looks good, fills out the wheel wells real nice :thumb:.They do rub on full turn on the leafsprings but that's because the are 14" wide. I beleive if I had 12 or 12.5 wide they wouldn't rub on the leafsprings. The only way I see you could run 37"s with 4" of lift is as stated, by trimming your fender wells.
