An open door while it's in gear is what makes it angry. But it sounds like you checked that. Note it is probably not "stuck" in neutral. The wiring diagram below shows the underhood IPC (fuse/relay box). It feeds the BCM. The BCM feeds the high/low beams, turn signals, park lamps, sidemarkers and DRL (if equipped). Disconnect the antenna wire and all wiring harness connectors and remove the radio. Put a large flat head screwdriver in the slot indicated by the red oval and twist. The bottom cover of the radio will start to come off. There is another slot at the other side of the back of the radio. #DIY#Chrysler#OBD2This is a possible fix....
