Run the pump with rams disconnected a few times all the way in, all the way out. Free up the anchor pin the rams connect to which is probably frozen. Remove the hinge pins in the bell housing and tilt the bell housing out at the top remove the u-joint bellows. The bell housing will move out enough to replace the bellows.
